What this is, and how it is made.
DegreeToRole is a free guide for healthcare, commerce, engineering, design and law graduates in India. It explains what a career direction involves, what the cited sources say about entry requirements and costs, and what is still unknown, so you can choose a practical next step.
Who runs it
- DegreeToRole is run by Dr. Harish, a BHMS graduate who works in the health-insurance sector.
- It is not affiliated with any employer, institution, regulator or council named on the site.
How the information is produced
- Drafted, then checked. Each profile is drafted with the help of AI tools and then checked against the cited primary pages, such as an employer listing, an institution’s brochure or a regulator’s page.
- A person confirms every claim before it is shown.
- Every claim names its source. It shows the passage it comes from, the date it was checked and what it does not establish.
- Examples are scoped: one employer listing or one admission batch, not a rule for everyone.
- No source, no figure. Anything without a source is shown as “Not established”.
- The site never estimates pay, shifts or eligibility: a figure appears only where a primary source states it, with what it covers.
- It does not show match scores or placement claims.
- Dated reviews. Profiles carry a review date.
- Where a source’s terms allow it, the site is set up to check that source automatically for changes or removal.
- A source that changes after a person last confirmed it puts the profile back in review.
- Automatic checks never publish or change a claim.
What it is not
- It is not a job board, not career counselling and not advice on eligibility, registration or employment.
- Always confirm requirements with the employer, institution or regulator before you pay for training or apply. See the terms.
