1. नियम कौन तय कर रहा है
कंपनी की शर्त किसी नियामक संस्था का नियम नहीं होती। कोई विज्ञापन उन डिग्रियों के नाम दे सकता है जो वह मानता है, जबकि वह काम के लिए कानूनी शर्त न हो।
