  • CTET Paper II is the paper for teaching Classes VI to VIII, and NVS teachers must also perform responsibilities of the residential system of schooling in addition to normal teaching duties.
  • Other day-to-day work is not described in these notices.
Entry requirements
  • No notice read names B.A. or B.Sc. as such.
  • KVS and NVS ask for a Bachelors/Honours degree with at least 50% in the concerned subject plus a B.Ed. for the Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), with subject conditions: TGT (Maths) excludes candidates with B.Sc.
  • (Hons.) in Physics or Chemistry, TGT (Science) needs Biology, Life Science, Botany or Zoology for three years, and TGT (Social Studies) needs two of History, Geography, Economics and Political Science.
  • The Primary Teacher post needs a pass in CTET Paper-I.
